These terms describe how Cue Bookstore at book.heycue.io works and how you may use it. Cue Bookstore is part of Cue, which is operated by Sophon LLC.
Your Cue account is covered by the Cue Terms and the Cue Privacy Policy. How Cue Bookstore handles information is described in our Privacy Policy.
What Cue Bookstore offers
- Free editions are open to everyone to read and listen to, without signing in.
- Paid editions require an active Cue membership. If your membership cannot be confirmed, paid editions are unavailable until it is confirmed.
- Signing in with your Cue account lets you save books and keep your reading and listening progress.
- Cue Bookstore works in your web browser and needs an internet connection. Offline downloads are not available.
The catalog and features can change over time.
Membership and payments
Cue Bookstore does not sell memberships or editions and does not take payments. Billing, renewal and cancellation of your Cue membership follow the terms of the service where you obtained it.
Your original Evolve account and subscription are separate. Existing Evolve purchases are handled by Evolve or the store where you bought them, and Cue Bookstore does not change them.
Using editions
You may read and listen to the editions available to you for your own personal use. Please do not:
- copy, record, redistribute, sell or publicly share editions, or give others access to paid editions through your account;
- get around membership checks or other access controls;
- use automated tools to collect book text or audio in bulk without our permission, or to get past access limits;
- interfere with Cue Bookstore or other readers' use of it.
Search engines and AI search services may index and cite Cue Bookstore's public pages, such as book listings, descriptions and other pages anyone can read, when they follow our robots.txt and access limits. This does not permit copying paid editions, downloading audio, or using the catalog to train models.
Content rights
Editions, including their text, audio and covers, belong to their respective rights holders. Using Cue Bookstore does not give you ownership of any content.
General information
Editions present ideas from books and authors for general information. They are not professional advice. Check important information before you rely on it.
Your account
Keep your Google account secure, because it is how you sign in to your Cue account. You can sign out at any time from Settings.
Changes to these terms
If Cue Bookstore changes, we will update this page and its date.
